COVID 19 and shared tours?
You are probably wondering how it is safe to take a shared tour on such a small boat?, well we have introduced screens and reduced the number of separate groups to x2. This has the added bonus of creating a private section for your group in the boat. The down-side is that we insist on a minimum ticket order of x3. Tickets booked for just two people with have a supplementary charge on check-in.

Tours tend to leave regularly during our opening times
Shared Tour departure times are generally between 10-5pm, although sometimes later in the summer. If you want to reserve a wonderful dusk or evening tour try our private tour.
About the shared tour
The shared tour includes an entertaining commentary from your chauffeur. Parents often find that our tours are educational and fun for their children too as our guides will adjust their commentary to appeal to the demographic of their passengers.
The shared tour will take the same route as our private tours and last 45 minutes, starting and ending at our station on Water Lane.
We hope you enjoy your punting tour.
Our shared tours are very popular and accommodate up to 12 passengers and are always a great way for smaller groups to see the sights with other tourists and locals on a day out.
Alternatively you may wish to book a private tour. Please see the private tour page.
