River tours are typically 40 minutes long and start at our bookings shop in Water Lane, Canterbury. Progress at a leisurely pace through parts of historic Canterbury that can only be seen from the river. Our knowledgeable chauffeurs guide you through some of Canterbury’s most notable historical buildings and sights, including;

• The Greyfriars – the oldest Franciscan chapel in England
• Pass under the Eastbridge Hospital
• The Weavers, built in the 16th century, and now the most photographed building in Canterbury
• The Marlowe Theatre
• The Dominican Priories
• Glimpses of the Cathedral
• Remnants of the Old Mill

As an alternate route we offer a relaxing a river tour through West Gate Gardens or out of Canterbury into the countryside. Please ask for details.
